Our control laboratory does physical-chemical follow-up controls of raw materials, products being processed and final products.

Traceability is fundamental.
Upstream traceability enables us to link finished products on one hand and raw materials & packaging on the other.
Downstream traceability is ensured by stickers on the pallets which enable the follow up of finished products from l’Abeille’s storage to dispatch to our customers’ warehouses.

As part of our quality policy, we have been certified IFS higher level since October 2007. The following key points were underlined during the certification audit :

Listening to and respect of customer requirements.
Control of the HACCP system with a good understanding and commitment of the entire staff.
Successful system of traceability.
