Production process
Our plant includes 5 production lines for PET bottles, 1 line for squashes in glass bottles and 1 line for kegs. The production, maintenance and laboratory teams work in 3 shifts.
5 PET lines :
- PET Bottles
- Process : carbonation, bottling under pressure.
- Sizes : 2 L, 1.5 L, 1 L, 75 cl, 50 cl, 33 cl, 25 cl ; classic or specific shapes.
- Throughput / hour : from 10 to 18 000 bottles.
- Packaging :
- Size 2L :
- Packs : 6 bottles pack with printed or neutral shrink.
- Bulk : 50 individual bottles grouped in a cardboard tray.
- Size 1.5L :
- Packs : pack of 6, 4, 3 or 2 bottles with printed or neutral shrink.
- Bulk : 60 individual bottles grouped in a cardboard tray.
Size 1L :
- Packs : pack of 12 or 6 bottles with printed or neutral shrink
- Size 75 cl :
- Packs : 6 bottles pack with printed or neutral shrink.
- Size 50, 33 and 25 cl :
- Packs : pack of 8, 6, or 4 bottles grouped by 3, 4 or 6 in a cardboard tray.
- Bulk : 24 individual bottles grouped in a cardboard tray.

- Traceability : 2 stickers with Gencod (EAN 128 / EAN 13) are stuck on our pallets to ensure the traceability of all our products.

- Glass bottle
- Process : pasteurization, hot filling.
- Size : 1 L
- Throughput / hour : 10 000 bottles
- Packaging : pack of 6 bottles with neutral shrink.
1 line for kegs :
- Product : lemonade
- Process : carbonation, bottling under pressure.
- Size : 30 L
- Throughput / hour : 50 kegs
- Packaging : pallet with 6 kegs
With large and highly automatic equipment, the maintenance team ensures preventive and corrective maintenance in several fields (automation, electricity, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics…). | |
